If the item is in stock, we will usually despatch the same day if received by 2.00pm. Orders for combi boilers or large bulk orders must be placed by 12 noon to ensure same day despatch. Morco Products Ltd will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt.
- Most items are shipped via DPD on a 24-hour service or via First Class Royal Mail depending on the products ordered
- The majority of orders sent out via DPD arrive next working day. DPD deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm
- Items sent via First Class can take a few days to arrive
- Combination boilers and large bulk orders are shipped on pallets via a national carrier and usually arrive within 3 working days for delivery
- If the goods are out of stock, you will be informed and they will be sent on to you when they arrive into stock
- We do not ship outside of the UK
- Please note that deliveries to some post codes, including some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland, may take longer. Please contact us if you would like to check approximate delivery times
